Just a thoroughly nice bloke and a man I was privileged to call my friend for 64 years. I miss our emails and the fantasy and real adventures we shared together. Rest in peace mate. John

My Uncle Ken. It was always a delight to see him at the door of our family house often unexpectedly, when I was growing up. As this meant more often than not, a huge bag of chocolate was accompanying him. His work at Paynes Chocolate Factory often meant he would bring around some seconds, and as a ten year old boy this seemed magical!
Uncle Ken was an easy going man who I always enjoyed visiting, with a wry sensor of humour and quick wit. I have many special memories visiting him and the family in Turners Hill. Rest in Peace Ken

Ken was a good friend and one of the nicest men I have ever met. He will be much missed.
